Papa Chinos Peri Peri offers online and in-store ordering, food delivery, and takeaway services. Our goal is to provide high-quality, fresh food to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Ordering and Payment
Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our website, through Food Hub, by phone, or in person at our location.
Pricing: Prices for all menu items are displayed on our menu. All prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept major debit and credit cards for online orders, as well as cash and card payments in-store.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Please review it for accuracy, as errors in order details may lead to delays.
3. Delivery and Pick-Up
Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery services to Hamilton and surrounding areas, including Blantyre, Bothwell, Bellshill, Uddingston, and Cambuslang.
Delivery Times: We strive to deliver all orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on location, order size, and traffic.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
Pick-Up: If you opt for pick-up, your order will be ready at our location at the time indicated on your confirmation.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 10 minutes of placing your order. Orders canceled after this timeframe may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the order does not meet quality standards or is incorrect. Refunds are not guaranteed for orders that have already been prepared or delivered.
Food Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
